David has been helping me to rehab an injured shoulder and my mobility is starting to increase. After struggling for 6 months to heal, I'm finally able to get back to the exercises I love without feeling like I am exacerbating the injury. As a bonus, my husband has been stealing some of the exercises David gave me and has been surprised at the difference its made in his trouble spots. I love that David's videos are on YouTube so I can do a quick refresher at home.
